How it works

  1. Place your order online and select in-store collection at checkout.
  2. We confirm availability and prepare your piece.
  3. You receive an email as soon as it is ready — usually within 24 hours.
  4. Collect at your chosen boutique with your confirmation and photo ID.

Collection window

Orders are held for 14 days from the ready-for-collection notice. After that, we'll contact you to arrange delivery or a refund.

At the boutique

A client advisor will present your piece in a private setting, check the fit, and advise on care. Complimentary sizing adjustments are available on most designs.
