Easy Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all certificates included.

1. Contact our client care team with your order number.
2. We email you a prepaid, insured return label.
3. Repack the piece with its box and certificate, then drop it off.
4. Once inspected, your refund or exchange is processed within 5 business days.

Prefer a different metal, colour or size? We'll exchange your piece at no cost. Any price difference is charged or refunded to your original payment method.

Engraved, bespoke and made-to-order pieces, as well as earrings for hygiene reasons, are final sale and cannot be returned.
